On the morning of January 25, 2012, a detective was called to an alleyway in a very rough part of Detroit, Michigan.

When he got there, he saw there was a ring of police officers crowded around a gestured for him to

S.U.V. that had one of its back doors wide open.

The detective walked up to the group of officers who all quickly gestured for him to

look in the back seat of the car. The detective, who had seen countless murders and other horrible things during his career, nodded silently at the group, and then turned his attention to the inside of the car.

And what he saw was so out of place that at first he didn't even

understand what he was looking at. But then he realized what it was and the

hairs on the back of his neck stood up and he had to step back for a moment just to collect himself.

But this was only the beginning of a very shocking and strange case that only got weirder and
