Okay, the effective behaviors.

So what we're going to do about this.

Communication is what the listener does.

In the examples above, both Samuel and Dakota communicated in ways that made sense to them.

But not to their listener, not to the other person in the exchange.

And it results in neither party being satisfied with the exchange that happened.

And in these cases, too, not success in the work area either.
