This cast was originally recorded as a bonus episode to our effective relationships series,

which was for sale.

The crisis continued to come down because we figured out how to make things cheaper.

Behavior is what matters is a core part of what Manor2Tools executive tools and career

tools all do, and you've got to understand behavior if you're going to start getting

smarter about your communication and also paying attention to other people.

You're not going to be smart enough to be a psychologist or a psychiatrist and figure

out what they do.

You have to trust that their behavior is the most predictable thing about them.

And it is, even psychologists to read with that.

Folks, if you're thinking about behavior, you've got to be thinking about communication,

the words you say, how you say the infectious question, body language, and of course,

work product, the fifth and catch all for the professional.

And if you're thinking about communication, you've got to come to the effective communicator
