We praise Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, we thank him upon all conditions.

We ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to send blessings and salutations upon Muhammad

salallahu alaihi wa salam his household, his companions may Allah bless them all and

bless every single one of us.

My mother's insist is this is surah to the wakia.

I'm sure a lot of us would be reading the surah on a regular basis.

It has in it some powerful meaning and it draws our attention to many issues of the unseen

and many questions related to the greatness of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

If we were to answer them we would realize the greatness of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

So Allah commences by making mention of the day of resurrection, al wakia, meaning the day

of the event.

So Allah says either wakia ati lwakia when the event or the occurrence takes place.

When the occurrence occurs, when the event will take place.

So this is Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala telling us about the day of resurrection.

So Allah says, laisali wakiaatiha qaaba there is no denial regarding its occurrence.

There will be no denial.

It will happen and it's going to come.
