and I want you to know up front, it is not lost on me that nobody is here for me. We are all here, myself included,

for Max Lucado. And the chance to speak to him once was almost more than I could handle. But now

this is the second time he's been on the show. And he's equally amazing. time as he was last time. And we get to talk about a children's book he has right now.

Where'd my giggle go?

But then also a book that came out that's kind of been speaking into my life, begin again.

And so he has a great word for us on all fronts, how to begin again post COVID, what that

looks like in our lives.

He also talks to us about getting along well, just

disagreeing agreeably with those who don't believe like we do. I just think there's all kinds

of nuggets packed in our conversation today. So I'm thrilled that you're with us and I'm thrilled

that we have a chance to hear from Max Lucado.

that you're back and it's like every time I get to talk to you,

I'm a little giddier because I can't believe that lightning is struck twice or three times or however

many times. So I'm just grateful you're back and I told you a little bit before we started taping,

but I got one of your recent books in the mail from your publicist. And maybe this was not the one I was supposed to get. I don't know, but it's called begin again.

And your hope and renewal start today.

And it has been such an encouragement.
