I'm your host, Michael, and this episode is Beginer Tip 15, where I'll talk about the seven

0:15.2

best investments beginner triathletes should make.

0:19.4

I encourage you to listen to beginner tip 13 as well alongside

0:23.6

I would highly recommend you get one-on-one swim lessons or very small group lessons

1:24.5

where either you get individual Face time with the instructor and that

1:29.0

you get video analysis done as part of that. Number two is getting a triathlon coach.

1:36.3

And if you're a beginner, then in an ideal word, then this could be somebody who is local to

1:41.6

you who you could also get those swim lessons from and even better

1:45.6

also bike and run sessions that would be a great great thing if that's not possible then you can
