Summary

Modern nutrition has strayed far from the wisdom found in God’s Word. In this eye-opening episode, Pastor Allen is joined by Jordan Rubin, New York Times bestselling author of The Maker’s Diet and a leading voice in biblical health. Together, they explore how returning to God’s original design for food is not just a path to better health, but a spiritual act of stewardship and obedience. From fad diets to food pyramids, we've been fed a steady stream of nutritional advice that often leads to sickness and disease. It's time for the Church to return to the fundamentals of food and embrace a biblically-based diet.

It’s up to us to bring God’s truth back into our culture. It may feel like an impossible assignment, but there’s much we can do. Join Pastor Allen Jackson as he discusses today’s issues from a biblical perspective.
