Before we begin our story, let's get cozy, comfortable, and relaxed.

Let's use our imagination to take a little trip to a beautiful sunny meadow, like in tonight's story.

Imagine lying on soft grass under a big, friendly tree.

Can you feel the gentle breeze tickling your cheeks?

I bet the tree is smiling down at you.

Maybe there is even a squirrel who will join you as we take some deep breaths and let this meadow breeze fill us up with calm.

Close your eyes and picture yourself in the meadow. See the tall sunflowers and the colorful daisies around you, smiling at the sky.

Take a deep breath through your nose and imagine you're smelling the sweet flowers around you.

Fill your lungs slowly and hold it for a moment.

Slowly breathe out through your mouth and imagine any worries or busy thoughts

floating away like little leaves in the breeze. Again, breathe in deeply, feeling the cool air

coming in refreshing you. Hold it and then breathe out, feeling even more relaxed.
