1:11.4	I'm your host Meredith, and today I'm going to read you a listener-submitted true
1:16.7	spooky story. I'm pretty excited about this one. So get comfy and let's cue the vibes.
1:27.0	Okay, here we go.
1:31.0	In the summer of 2016, my husband and I started the daunting task of house hunting.
1:38.6	We knew that we wanted a house that still had some of that notable 60s charm and had not been completely renovated.
1:46.5	Our real estate agent, Annette, showed us several homes that fit the bill in the Hershey area, but none of them felt quite right.
1:56.6	Then a new home came on the market.
2:01.0	Built in 1965, it was perfect.
2:05.0	All the retro goodness intact, as if the owners had just left for vacation one day.
2:10.0	Their car was even still parked safely in the garage.
2:15.0	Annette mentioned that the previous owners had passed away without family to leave the home to,
2:21.0	and that their estate wanted to tie the loose ends up quickly.
