I want to start this Sermonic journey by giving you a little epiphany that came to me a few

weeks ago.

Here in Houston, Texas, we have been having some rather interesting weather.

Now I am a native Houstonian.

I lived in Houston my whole life.

But what we experienced in June, first there was this severe thunderstorm.

That came through on June the 8th.

That storm had wind gusts of over 60 miles per hour.

That storm was so bad that we couldn't even do therapy Thursday that week because the

studio know the church we didn't have power.

So the storm forced us to be in darkness.

And then if that was not enough, it happened again.

On June the 21st, as some of us were leaving Bible study, you probably remember it.

We were leaving Bible study.

We were leaving small group, our men's group, our discipleship.

And as you were leaving and getting in your car, this severe thunderstorm blew through

yet again.

And this one was different.
