And so I have been seeing a therapist for 20 some years. I started when I was probably 20, I'd say about 23 during my first marriage. And back then, it was so taboo. So taboo. I can remember being so scared to walk in the building. I didn't want anybody to see me. You know, and now I'm like, oh, I can't wait to meet with my, can't wait to go to my therapist.

I feel like it's still taboo a little bit.

Of course it is. And that's why every time I can talk about it, I talk about it.

If you've ever met someone that's beautiful on the outside and just as beautiful on the

inside, it just gives you all the feels. Like, Pat just gives me all the feels. And we actually met

two years ago, I was sitting behind her at her church. And we just kind of clicked from there.

And I just love her so much.

Girl, well, look, I feel like, first of all, thank you.

I've never heard that before, someone who gives you all the feels.

Yes, you give me all, because, you know, there's one thing to be beautiful on the outside, but your spirit just matches your beauty.

And it just radiates.
