I think that most of us listening to this have done enough work on ourselves to become self-aware of the people pleasing that we've done in the past.

And maybe you're like me where you think that you're living an authentic life now.

you got good people you're surrounding yourself with and you've got your boundaries intact,

you know your preferences.
