And it was very surprising to have many people to find out. Nixon is the best president tries ever had. You know, that's basically the United States Congress's instructions dictates as to how it's going to handle

shall never be taken from

them without their consent and in their property rights and liberty. They shall never be invaded

or disturbed, unless in just and lawful wars authorized by Congress. But laws founded in justice

and humanity shall from time to time be made for preventing

wrongs being done to them and for preserving peace and friendship with them.

Needless to say that even a cursory look at American history shows that we perhaps didn't

live up to the ideals Congress set out in the Northwest

ordinance. One could argue that lawful wars clause did a lot of the heavy lifting in what was

going to happen. Like, hey, you wore against us. We're breaking the rules kind of thing. Here's what George

economy point very strongly to the expediency of being upon good terms with the Indians
