We go say that money. So three. We go say that money. So and welcome back to the Deeper Than Money podcast. And also welcome to

2025. Let's freaking go. This episode is all about really setting the mother

effing vibe for this year. So to fill you in if you're new or maybe you've been here and,

you know, just need the little recap. But for me personally, the last, you know, five years have been

all very, very different. 21 and 22 were the worst and hardest years of my life by a landslide,

like by a landslide. It was just like very, very, very traumatic, very, like,

challenging. So both of those years, like my, I was spending all my time just like surviving.

Like I was spending all of my time just like doing whatever I had to to get through the day to get through the

week like checking off the boxes of work checking off the boxes of you know life and whatever

else like whatever I had to do I was doing it it was I was like going through a lot. So that was 2021 and 22. And then

23 was very much a year of healing. So I feel like 2023 was the first time that I kind of came

back to this place of like going into the year. Like I wasn't really like sitting down planning like here's what

this year's going to look like for me and whatever else like it more so was just I knew at that

point my only option was like to heal to work on healing you know through grief through

manipulation like through this toxicity through like all of this stuff.

I mean, of course, like, yes, there are other options.
