We always focus on a theme for a week. And today we are at day

0:26.5

0:39.2

And in each day's episode, you're guided with insight to become fearless,

0:47.3

and then you're guided in a meditation using the day's featured meditation technique.

0:56.0

So for day two, that is always an affirmation.

1:01.0

And I want to share with you how affirmations are more than feel-good phrases. Think of them as tools for cognitive restructuring.
