Eric Skorsensky and I'm your host. And on today's episode, as you saw in the title,

I'm sitting down with J.C. Groves, one of the hosts of the recovering fundamentalist podcast.

Now, before we get into the episode, I have to give you a quick disclaimer.

This episode was filmed across a couple days in like four different locations.

And we had literally everything that could possibly go wrong, go wrong.

We filmed over at the New York, New York Hotel on the Friday before our D-A-Day started.

We got kicked out to the curb.

We got to the curb.

And then the security guard kicked us from the curb to the side of

the road. We recorded the rest of our interview there. And then we found out that Nathan, one of the

other hosts on the covering Fendimentalist who was recording, lost the audio for me. So we only had audio

for JC. So then we met up again. We recorded in a in a room together at Idea Day, literally in one of the kids' rooms, like one of the breakoff rooms at the church.

I recorded the episode, and there was a ton of audio problems.

So I had to go in tonight, do a bunch of patching.

I had to fix it up as best as I could.

The content is fantastic, but there are a couple spots where the audio drops in and out,

things like that, but I've done everything I can to save it.

I make it sound as good as possible, and the location does change in the middle of the video if you're watching on YouTube.

So it's a little bit interesting.

Just know we literally took so many hours putting this single episode together, so I really

hope you appreciate it.
