| 1:10.9 | So prior to starting my company, arrive at happy, I was a director of sales and marketing, |
| 1:18.3 | a leader in the luxury hotel industry in different places in the United States and Europe. |
| 1:24.3 | So I was a leader of teams for 14 years and positive leadership was always |
| 1:30.3 | very, very important to me. I took it as, you know, an honor leading people. And in my 14 years of |
| 1:37.0 | leadership in the hotel industry, I had some incredible inspirational happy leaders. And I also had the |
| 1:42.6 | complete opposite. You know, I had some toxic, |
| 1:44.7 | very negative leaders. And one of my big missions is to, is to have more happy leaders in the |
| 1:51.4 | world of work. And then when I started researching the levels of disengagement with leaders, |
| 1:58.0 | that was another big motivation. And also, you know, the science of happiness |
| 2:03.1 | isn't extremely well known within, you know, corporate America. And so, yeah, lots of motivation |
