And God's not calling us to live a mission-driven life. He's calling us to live a purpose-driven life.

Most men don't realize that after we die, if you see your name in the Lamb's Book of Life, you actually go and you have a meeting with God.

Amateurs make decisions based upon their feelings and pros make decisions

based upon their commitments. Your next level will be unlocked by what you don't do, not by what you do.

Accepting Jesus or receiving Jesus will cost you nothing but following him will cost you everything.

And I had a teacher in seventh grade. He asked me to stay after class. I remember him coming up behind me and hugging me,

and the next thing that I know I hear like the metal of my belt

unclass when I feel my pants hit the floor.

The next memories that I have really are pulling my pants out

and trying to tuck my shirt in.

I get a chance to travel and speak a decent amount and you can always tell what kind of leadership they have based upon the culture that's created. So I'm very thankful to be here.

I feel like I shared quite a bit of my of my

childhood. What specifically would you like me Christian to dig into that you think would benefit

the leaders that are in the room? You talk about two things there is when you were going up,

when you were 12 years old, the touchy subject there.

And also, you know, the struggles and challenges you went through.

Yeah, so what Christians talking about, I know there's a couple of guys that weren't able to be in the room.

I grew up with an old school dad that didn't use words of affirmation.

So honestly, like, I never really knew where I sat with my dad.

Like, I kind of assumed he loved me because he was always there, and he was never abusive,

but he was not with communication.

He didn't tell me, like, who I was.
