darkness, his own demons.

And in order to do that, one of the hardest things that I've come across yet is the act of keeping your heart open as a man.

task. It's no easy undertaking for the modern man who is inundated more than ever before to close down,

encouraged to callous the outer shell of his heart in an effort to seal off the soft underbelly and

In a world where you can go online and see the dismembered bodies of men fighting in wars

that they don't really fully understand or watch as family members verbally attack one another

over health choices and political beliefs, the courage that it takes for you as a man

in the moment to keep your heart open. It's measured by your willingness, by your capacity to remain in the seat of the heart,
