author of several books, including The Power of Habit and his latest super communicators,

which is about how to unlock the secret language of connection. So, Charles, welcome to the show.

I have two kids, both of them teenagers, both boys.

And I'm a writer at the New Yorker magazine.

And as you mentioned, the author of a couple books and super communicators being the one that came out earlier this year.
