for Papa's sake home care, Becky Real. Welcome, Becky. Thank you for having me. You're welcome.

So Becky, let's start off by having you share a little bit about who you are in your

background. So I might have a background in marketing sales, worked in a Fortune 500 companies

for about 15 years until I joined for Papa's sake full time about seven years ago. For Papa's

sake is my family's business that we started over 13 years ago after my grandfather, who I called Papa, had a tragic end of life in a nursing home.

So this gave me the opportunity to actually do something for our community, be able to help keep my grandfather's legacy alive, and to do more than just a job. And it's been the most fulfilling

thing I've ever done in my career. Wonderful. So what would you say makes for Papa's sake a

boutique home care service rather than just a home care service? What's the differentiation between

those two? Yeah. So when we started, we knew we wanted

to be more than just an agency. There's hundreds of agencies just in our area and the Chicago area,

but we knew we were different. We knew that having the story behind why we started really was our

main driver. And so we position ourselves as a,
