So Becky, let's start off by having you share a little bit about who you are in your

background. So I might have a background in marketing sales, worked in a Fortune 500 companies

for about 15 years until I joined for Papa's sake full time about seven years ago. For Papa's

sake is my family's business that we started over 13 years ago after my grandfather, who I called Papa, had a tragic end of life in a nursing home.

So this gave me the opportunity to actually do something for our community, be able to help keep my grandfather's legacy alive, and to do more than just a job. And it's been the most fulfilling

thing I've ever done in my career. Wonderful. So what would you say makes for Papa's sake a
