She received her undergraduate degree from Columbia College in Chicago, focusing on media management and communications. She received her Master’s in Business Administration, focusing on organizational changes and international business from Lake Forest College.

0:53.0	who you are in your background.
0:56.0	So, I might have a background in marketing sales,
0:59.0	worked in unfortunate 500 companies for about 15 years until I joined
1:03.0	for Papa's Safe full time about seven years ago.
1:07.0	For Papa's Safe is my family's business that we started over 13 years ago,
1:11.0	after my grandfather, who I called Papa, had a tragic end of life in a nursing home.
1:17.0	So, this gave me the opportunity to actually do something for our community,
1:22.0	be able to help keep my grandfather's legacy alive.
