bit nuanced. Part of it is state laws with that, I believe, and I need to double check one thing. So I don't know is how I'm going to respond to that.

What if, let's just say, in the state of Kentucky, I use my wife's name. I know what you're doing.

on to that and would that be okay enough would that provide enough cover that you know the government

wouldn't you know destroy my nonprofit wouldn't investigate wouldn't ask too many questions but at the

same time I could continue doing whatever that LA wanted so there are three things that a board is typically judged by legally when they do anything wrong.

So you have your duty of care, duty of loyalty, and duty of obedience.

you have a clear cut duty of loyalty and everything's fine. But you'd have to really violate a thing
