I know the megapod is what most are waiting for, and the first megapod of the season on

the NFL is tomorrow, guessing lines.

The first one of the season is on Monday, and so you're probably saying to yourself,

what kind of podcast are you jamming in right here before football season?

Oh, well, this is a podcast that is really a follow-up to a podcast that Sean Patrick Griffin and I did 11 years ago

when he wrote the book Gaming the Game about what is arguably the biggest sports betting story,

quite frankly, of the last, I don't know, 20 years in this country. And that is why every time

there is something in the media about the Tim Donahy't know, 20 years in this country. And that is why every time there is something

in the media about the Tim Donahey betting scandal, it sort of is like a flare-up. And we decide we

want to talk about it. Sometimes we do it on a numbers game. We decided this time we want to do it

in podcast form. And not only is Sean Patrick Griffin kind enough to join us again, Sean, who by the

way is the author of gaming the game back in 2011, the story behind the NBA betting scandal and the gambler who made it happen. But we also have the gambler who made it happen. Jimmy Baba Batista, one of Tim Donahy's co-conspirators in this case. Gentlemen, thank you both so much for being here. Appreciate it. Thanks for having us. My pleasure, Phil.

So listen, I have, and I really mean that when I say that, like the reason we do this is because it is the biggest story there is, and it just, I have so much to say about the Netflix special.

This is what, by the way, why it comes up specifically is the Netflix special untold Operation Flagrant Fowl, which premiered last week. And, Sean, I know you have much to say. I have much to say, but Jimmy, I want to start with you. And you're allowed to curse, by the way, sir. So I just want to point that out on top because it's podcast for him. But what is your impression of the portrayal that actually ended up on the screen?
