If you're new to the Monday edition of a numbers game,

guessing lines is a tribute, a nod to the old Stardust radio show of the same ilk from back in the day, a nod to old Vegas.

Where the exercise is that I'm in a cocoon, I hear the matchups. I come up with a line,

and Chrissy tells me what he is going to post.

And within that exercise, we try to extract some firsthand value. It's the upcoming week's line.
