And this week I want to talk to you about insecurity, how insecurity ruins relationships,

You know, I remember standing in front of the mirror and I look at my body and my eyes

travel to my hips and that had become so much thicker after each of my children were born.

And there are more strands of gray hair from the regrowth of hair that hasn't been, you

know, colored in a minute.

I pick apart really each of my flaws until I can't stand it any longer.

And it's hard not to be insecure about the way we look or the way I look when my skin

isn't as fresh looking in the morning now.

You know that I'm in my late 40s, 48 years old, you know, and you could be 20 years old.

You could be 28 years old.

You could be 30 years old, you know, and feel the same things that I'm talking about right

You know, maybe you don't love your thick thighs or your large thighs or, you know, even

though Lizzo loves hers and you know, so many people, you know, act like they just love
