So let's begin there. What does that even mean? And perhaps why does it matter? Why are we talking about it?

Yeah. So, anabolic resistance is the blunting of the muscle protein synthesis response.

Now, we've talked a lot about muscle protein synthesis or MPS, but there are so many nutrition
