Welcome in to the House of L podcast. I am Lauren Toms. Thank you so much for hanging

0:24.4

out with me. It is my pleasure to do tonight's podcast. Recording it right after the bears

0:31.5

just straight up curb stomped the Patriots that and that had to feel good. It was a Chicago

0:38.8

sweep. The bulls came back after looking like they didn't know what they were doing

0:43.0

to go ahead and beat up on on the Celtics while the bears went on the road and they

0:49.5

did work against the Patriots in Foxboro. Man, that was really fun and that's one of my

0:59.0

biggest takeaways from this was it was a fun game. Bears fans have been entitled to a fun

1:09.8

game for a while. I mean, I guess you could argue that the the game that the bears played

1:14.8

against San Francisco was fun because of the novelty of it. They was weird and we were

1:20.7

all in the house because it kept raining all day and you're trying to make sure that

1:25.8

you're not flooded and all that stuff and the bears win and they do the slip and slide

1:31.2

and that's a lot of fun. This this was legit fun because you saw there being some progress

1:40.6

with the quarterback like it's it's a real victory. It's a moral victory. I think it

1:45.9

shows a lot of cool stuff that is worthy of observation as we try to figure out exactly

1:53.7

why things went so well for for the bears in this game. Justin Fields is night. The statistics

2:03.0

won't even tell you in my opinion like how good he was. Don't get me wrong. There were

2:10.4

things that need to still continue to evolve with him as a player. For example, because he's

2:19.8

capable of extending plays with his legs. He sometimes holds on to the ball too long and

2:28.3

takes sacks and hits that he doesn't have to take. There are plays that happen on the sideline

2:33.9

a lot where he's like, man, I can I can make this throw. I can make this play. I can I can turn

2:38.6

this negative into a positive where he's taken extra damage and he doesn't need to live

2:45.4

to fight another play. But there are also those plays inside of this game where when he was
