hogan johns back with you getting towards the end of january super bowl matchup is set hope

everybody had a great weekend. The Bears have

coordinators. Johnsey, how's it going? It's senior bowl week. When's the last time you went to

the senior ball? It's been a while for me. Yeah, same. I stopped going to the senior ball when I

started going to the Super Bowl every year. So it's probably been seven or eight years.

When I first started, well, we're covering football, I would go from the NFC or AFC championship game.

Wherever that game was, I would cover that.

And the next morning, I would take connecting flights all the way down to Mobile,

Alabama for three or four days.

Yeah. Not doing that anymore. Kevin Fishbane, though, is in Mobile, Alabama. And then would you go to the Super Bowl the following week, too? I would. I would. Yes. Yeah. I covered quite a few Super Bowls. I'm not doing that anymore. Although I do miss Super Bowl week, it's quite a long week, if that makes sense.

Yeah. No, people always, they don't understand like when, when the season's over,

it's not really over, especially when you cover the bears. It's kind of like just getting started.

So like, it's like, yeah, February is the month. I'm not home at all. That's my, that's my travel month. Because it's Super Bowl, that's a combine. And usually in there, I take a vacation, which I will be doing this year again. So it's just like, yeah, it's, and then this year we have a coaching search too, which happens. There was, there was one year. I want to say, it was John Fox's second year. Of course, they weren't good, bad team.

You know the deal.

So we're waiting for a flight.

This time I don't have a connecting flight from whatever AFC NFC championship game.

I'm going from Chicago to Mobile.

And there's like one direct flight.

So on this flight is all the bear staff, the front office, the coaches, and what have you.

So in the small terminal, I think it's terminal two where some of the smaller flights are.

There's a bar down there.
