The arraignment in USA v. David Hearn, Olympian charged with felony destruction of property relating to incident at Reflecting Pool, just concluded at D.C. Superior Court, next status hearing, August 5th, so mark your calendars.

He's been released on his own recognizance.

Judge declined to issue an order to stay away from the reflecting pool.
