We ended with the divorce between Leslie and David Boudoir, actually the second divorce proceedings between them,

and had just discussed that both of them filed applications for restraining orders.

And like we mentioned, they attached a lot here.

Yeah, so John and I read some of this stuff back and forth.

John reads David Boudoir's affidavit for his restraining order that he filed.

I read Leslie's and then there are text message exchanges that John and I act out.

Yeah, there's a lot and Sessie's going to wrap up the episode and we'll tell you how all of this ends at the very end so far.

Okay, so to start, we're going to read from David Boudoir's petition for a restraining order.

And this is a declaration that he submitted in support of the restraining order.

And basically he's trying to give all the reasons why the court should grant the temporary restraining order.

However, you usually don't have to put in this much evidence and this much.

How do I say this in a polite way?

Smearing public smearing in a petition and a declaration.

It's always a great idea to have evidence attached to your petition.

But this goes a step too far and you're going to see, I mean, we're going to take a full episode reading through this stuff.

They both put in a ton of information going back and forth as to why one person is an abusive piece of shit.
