We are happy to have you with us this evening as we discuss the needs that we can be the light, this holiday season.

So we appreciate you all joining us.

As you know, we always start the show with a crystal of the week and an animal of the week.

So before we get into our topic, I want to start by discussing the crystal sunstone.

We have you forks with sunstone, right?

And it's one of my favorite stones. It's so soft and easy and loving.

It really is. It's a very positive stone.

So I think it's because tonight we're going to be discussing how we can be the light for other people in our lives.

And sunstone certainly is a great stone to help us with that.

It's just a joyful stone. It definitely inspires more light into our lives.

It helps us to feel more confident and good-natured in our lives and to feel more generous and giving.

And also to be more receiving and helps us to receive the sweetness of life.

A good thing about sunstone is that when you work with it, it teaches you how to nurture yourself, how to love yourself,

how to be more confident and joyful within yourself.

It works to clear all of the chakras. It brings light into each and every chakra.

So for example, you could get seven sunstones, tumble some stones and place them on each of the chakras.

And just ask that each chakra be infused with the light of the sunstone into your energy.

It is also linked to good luck and good fortune.

So it's a lovely stone to give us a gift if you feel that someone close to you needs a little bit more luck in their life.

It is a regenerative stone, just like the sun regenerates itself.
