Hello, everyone. Yes, I know this is a little bit different because at this point, you are used to hearing our podcast intro.

And for those of you who are regular listeners, I'm sure you are expecting today to be the first episode of the new season.

Once again, I'm Faith,

director of programs and innovation

for the Be The Bridge organization at large.

I know a lot of you follow Be The Bridge,

as well as Be The Bridge's founder and leader,

Latasha Morrison, on social media.

If you don't, then you may not be aware that Latasha recently lost her father,

Jean Morrison, to the COVID-19 virus on January 21st of this year.

This was a super tough loss for Latasha and her family, as well as the whole Be the Bridge

family.

I am with her now, and I have been with her since Latasha was informed of her father's passing and let me assure you

that though she is still grieving she is at peace. I know that so many of you want to

do something or send something, but in lieu of flowers

and personal gifts, Latasha and her family have requested you honor the life and legacy

of her father by making a donation to Be the Bridge in his honor.

We are a 501c3, so these donations will be used by Be the Bridge to continue to build

bridges and further its focus on racial justice, which was near and dear to Mr. Morrison's heart.

In our new season, season three, it kicks off with exciting new conversations, insights, and unique strategies to create understanding, racial unity, and reconciliation.

The new season begins on February 23rd with phenomenal guests and engaging topics.
