You can be seated you can be laying down. I'm actually

right now in my closet seated on a couple of pillows with my legs crossed kind of sitting tall. You guys can be in a chair on a couch or

laying down as I said. I think it's real important to the practice of being present is that you are you are aware of something.

So whether you're aware of your spine being tall, aware of your breath, which is paramount, probably the most important thing, is the breathing.

I'm going to do a little bit of breathing exercise with you today to help get you into a place

of being ready to receive the word a little bit more, and also just calm the parasympathetic nervous system.

So your body has all these kind of regulations going on trying to keep you know a pace and right now we want to bring and calm it down and that's

what the parasympathetic nervous system does it just learns to bring things

into a place of Shalom as long as you are breathing and the where the mind

goes the body follows just as the proverb says where the mind goes the man follows the man is the body so
