when I come in here and talk to you it is it's like I'm talking to

I mean myself but obviously but I'm like really diving into my feelings and projecting how I am

being a part of this, being a part of my community, letting me be myself, letting me be unapologetically me,

despite what I think or feel like success looks like. And that's actually kind of what I want to talk

about today of how we will

stop ourselves from being or acting or becoming what we potentially could be because we feel like

we're not doing it right. Let me let me unpack that a little bit because that's a lot to take in.

So I don't know about you, but I always

live my life's out of shoulds. I should be farther along by now. I should be making X, Y, and Z.
