You know, one thing I want to, I always think about, I just saw I cop one over a car,

and just food for thought, right?

And I iterate this a lot, and I want to reiterate it now, is

professionalism and politeness, right? There are these things. I have this thought in my mind

where I want to come a list of things that I wish somebody

would have told me when I was a new cop. And this is probably the top of the list because if you're

professional and polite, even if you give somebody a traffic sums and it pisses them off, they still can't argue the fact that you did it in a very kind manner and what a nice explanation, having empathy, knowing that if somebody's upset when they get pulled over maybe they were having a bad day maybe they don't know

maybe you didn't know that and then you know not taking offense that you want to talk about a

discipline as a cop in understanding how to control yourself and your emotions and not feed into other people's emotions.

Even if you screwed up and made a mistake, if you did it professionally, hold on a second,

because I don't want to, it's a dangerous spot right here and

another person okay so even if you screwed up you screwed up but you did it in a professional and polite manner, you would probably less inclined

to receive an internal affairs complaint where somebody's saying that you were an asshole.
