spiritual shift that I've gone through recently where I wanted to felt like I needed to change my perspective and broader my perspective just on life and how I was viewing things.

And one of the main assets to that growth was changing my input.

So realizing that I need to be on my phone a lot.

Instead of just following along the people I was following originally,

you know, I realized that once I started incorporating people with one teaching me

something or helping me grow in mindset spirituality any any of the anything that I felt

like served me and I connected to, I would follow and just

unfollowed some of the things that were kind of felt like we're taking away from my mindset.
