officer even if one who doesn't want to do anything. I just saw a guy parked the

middle of the road over here which I thought was very smart and he had his window crack.

I mean I look at these cars and these police officers are sitting in the middle of these very

accessible locations and whether you're writing a report in that location which I think is inherently

wiser than trying to park in a parking lot

and write a report this way it's harder to get to you. What I mean by that is like thinking in

position of where you're going to write your report or observe traffic, be alert.

And what I saw he had was his window probably about rolled down about six inches,

eight inches, which is a great idea.

Matter of fact, when you're on patrol,

rolling around with a window cracked six to eight inches

will give you much more of a dynamic of having advantage tactically because you can

hear things that may be happening around you that you wouldn't be able to hear in today's modern technology of vehicles.
