of course how you feeling then I'm feeling great man another week another

Monday trying to bring some positivity to the world be a light you're gonna be a

light this week huh that's a goal man lighting things up yeah shed shed away the

darkness just getting constantly attacked by moths always I miss moth memes that

was a simple time they'll come back every once in a while you'll see one here

they're sprinkled in it's goodness stowardja and they give me a good laugh man I've

found there is nothing more important for my week for my mental health for my

energy levels than getting a hot start on a Monday and Coles this morning we got

that shit in oh yeah we did some Ross fit weights through some steel around the

Ross fit gym at Bolin media HQ otherwise known as Micah Raj at my home we have

some groupies now they passes every time we work out we wave it's a thing we

go it's nice the whole neighborhood knows us frankly it's very quiet in the

neighborhood in the morning at the time we work out and as a result the very

loud music that we pump from my garage emanates throughout the entire neighborhood

like you can hear it echoing down the street it's kind of like the ambiance of

elevator music through the entire neighborhood except it's like bun B and

JZ yeah yeah which is great for you and me for us but every once in a while
