2:09.0	Yay so you are best known for you know creating the rising tide society and I remember I used to follow that account like years ago on Instagram and they've since been acquired by honey book is that right.
2:25.0	Yes yes what a cool story how did that happen.
2:30.0	Oh my gosh I mean you know rising tide has been a huge passion project in peace of my heart over the past almost eight years now and for a little bit of backstory for folks who aren't familiar we started a community back in 2015 kind of at this moment where you know I was a full time photographer.
2:49.0	Running my business I had scaled it and kind of I describe it like I checked off every success you know box that you can on a checklist of to do.
2:57.0	And from the outside looking in you would think okay this business center has made it this entrepreneur is killing it like she's doing really well.
3:04.0	But on the inside you know I was deeply lonely I felt so isolated I felt like you know the only people who can understand were other business owners that were doing what I did but they were considered competition.
3:18.0	And back in 2015 in particular you know you did not talk to your competition it was an environment where you know there wasn't as much business owners supporting business owners people being open.
3:30.0	It's not a gatekeeping a lot of fear and scarcity mindset and so essentially rising tide was born out of that it was not born out of like a joyous we love community let's all come together it was born out of this is broken and we need to fix it.
