Now, throughout this genocide, the media coverage, both in Britain and the West, has been an absolute travesty, turning reality upside down, gaslighting, erasing context, deferring, of course, to Israeli narratives, refusing to refute lies and to call them for what they are, erasing the Palestinian experiences, erasing

Palestinian voices. We really could go on. I mean, it's a racist mess, which has been used

to legitimize one of the great crimes of our age. With that in mind, I'm really delighted to

be joined by Amy Shalan, who is the chair of the British Palestinian Committee, who've

been doing crucial work all the way through, not least holding politicians to account, and director of McCann, and they focus on educating

people about the, well, the horrors of Palestine, about how to talk about it and communicate

to that to a broad audience. Amy, how are you doing first? He's great to speak to you.

so of your colleagues, and the emotional labour of that I think is very difficult for people
