Well, what a night at the museum this is going to be.

It's already filling up here and it's looking fantastic.

I mean, the crowds are really happy and really excited.

It's great to have this award in Wales for the first time because well agriculture is

such a part of what we are and our makeup I guess in Wales.

I think for me the Food and Farming Awards is one of those rare

champions of the unsung hero and what the Food and Farming Awards really do is

like get them out of the backgrounds out of the woodwork and really it's a chance for us as a

a chance for us as a nation to support them and to award them.

You know, the feeling that we get from food here

is very much part of our country and very much who we are.

I mean I've been doing it a long time and I still get anxious and nervous.

What I don't get is kind of cynical about it
