It's exciting that the business Gucci was made for you.

I know that I can make a difference in people's lives and I want to be hearing a lot of what other people are going through.

Really healing innocence and motivating as well.

I have the world in my hand and I can do whatever I want, learning from some of the top leaders who can make these dreams a reality.

It's just so exciting.

I'm Kristi Wright and today we're talking about how to include your spouse in your business.

But first, let's talk about how to include your spouse in your business.

You know a few weeks ago, I recorded an Academy training video with my husband Matt and I asked him a question that I get asked very often.

How do I get my spouse on board with my business?

Well, since Matt and I didn't talk about the questions ahead of time, I genuinely didn't know what he was going to say.

And y'all, his answer blew me away.

He said this. He said, well, I don't think you should try to get your spouse on board like they're a business partner.

If you're married, it's your responsibility to support one another.

I think husbands should support their wives because that's our responsibility.

Not something that they should have to try to talk us into.

What? Y'all! Seriously, that answer left me speechless and let's be honest, y'all know that never happens.

He turned the whole question on its head and called me out to do the right thing.
