working class, the causes of their problems and potential solutions to them.

It's a very good conversation with one of my all-time

favorite guests, Bacha Unger Sargon, who I absolutely adore. I would at some

point in life I would love to have a show where either I am her co-host or she is mine. She is an absolute delight,

despite the fact that she is a capital-m-Marxist and it always weirds me out not just how much I like her but how much I agree

with said Marxist.

Theoretically we should be trying to kill each other with Rakes and yet we have a lot of

overlap I don't know how that works but I do know that you're

going to have a good time listening to her and have a good time with our

conversation so enjoy.

My guest today is Bacha Angers-Sargan.

She is an editor at Newsweek, a fairly universally beloved political analyst, at least in the circles that I travel in,

and certainly amongst me, she's been on the program a couple of times and I'm very happy to have her back
