Talking about really crucial topics of mental health, anxiety,

So tonight we're going to look at what I think is one of the key contributors to the experience of being robbed of peace and experiencing anxiety and stress and panic.

And to do so, I'm going to start by showing all a picture of what was one of the first clocks in Europe.

Now you look at that and you wonder where is the clock?

Because it doesn't look like there's any part of that clock.

This was one of the first clock towers ever arrived. Because it doesn't look like there's any part of that clock.

This was one of the first clock towers ever erected,

the first clock tower ever erected in Milan, Italy.

Shout out to everybody, we've got a big Milan porch group out there,

and that's not true at all.

But this clock was erected and was transformational

in the relationship that the West or Europe

and eventually America would have with time itself.

But here's what's crazy about this clock. Like I said, there's no face, there's no dial.

It was a clock that was programmed to beat every hour and the number of times that it beat throughout the city of

Milan would indicate the hour of day that it was so at one o'clock in the

morning it would beat one time at midnight it would be 24 times at 2 it beat 2 at 6 it would beat 6 and here's why this was
