0:15.0	And my advice for this week is to remember that part of what it means to be an ally,
0:19.0	to be an accomplice, is to care about issues before they impact you personally,
0:23.3	and even if they don't impact you personally.
0:25.6	And I say this because a couple weeks ago when the alarm was going off around COVID-19,
0:30.4	there were people who had been impacted, whose family hadn't been impacted,
0:33.8	whose friends had been impacted, who were like, oh, this is just a hoax and TB.
0:37.7	And all of a sudden, this is getting really close to a lot of people's lives.
0:41.2	It is touching their schools, their house, their worship, their homes, their friends.
0:45.0	And now people are like, wow, this is real.
0:47.2	But remember, part of what it means to stand with people is to understand that when it's real for someone,
0:53.1	it is real enough to do work about.
