Before we get to the stock for today, a quick update battery day invitations have started to be sent out so if you did apply for the random drawing for shareholder invitations to the event and the shareholder meeting you should be checking your email as well as the spam folder. A response to that email is required within 48 hours.

This has been postponed for so long and I think there's even been uncertainty about whether it'd be postponed

again. So with these going out it now starts to feel official and I'm starting to get excited.

Moving on to the stock then, Volatile Day for the NASDAQ and for Tesla, Tesla finished down 5.8% on the day to

So just a bit above where the split happened at around 442,

but that did compare to the NASDAQ finishing up 1% today.

So this provides a good illustration of the potential downsides of the at the market offering structure that Tesla has employed for this potential up to $5 billion capital raise that we had talked about yesterday.

The stock is now down about 10% from when that agreement was put in place, which demonstrates
