I feel so swollen this morning poll. Do you have it swollen? Do I sort of become a

little weekly ritual that we take the kids to Pizza Express occasionally every week and it's really nice because they're finally at the age

where you can actually sit at a table with them and it's not absolute chaos you know they

actually will sit and we can talk to them which is really nice yeah and but you know in Pizza Express they do that delicious Romana base, that really thin base.

And it's the ex, it will, Brad and I go for the extra hot, so it's the one with all the Nuduja sausage and super chilly red

chilies just scattered all over this thing but whenever I ate chilies and indeed

probably an entire pizza I wake up so swollen I can even feel it in my fingers do you ever get that
