And friends, you have friends as well. So, Al, why do you tell our listeners something about what do you do at the FT and what do you do when you're not at the FD? I think being asked to introduce yourself is probably the world's most painful question that you can ask. Tell us something interesting about yourself. And, well, I got

married a few years ago and my best man, he stood up and he gave a speech in which very cleverly,

he went through all the stages of my life, pointing out why each one had been a disaster. And he was

kind of right. So it sort of starts with, I mean, I was a child, I wanted to be a cricketer.

I couldn't really play cricket.

And then later I trained as an actor and I never really did any acting.

And then I wrote a novel about my life, not really acting.

And my novel was rejected by a publisher because she really, really hated the main

character that was me. And then I wanted to be a war correspondent. I didn't know about that one.

Well, I've never, when I had never been to a war. So that didn't work out. And then age 32,
