What does it mean to be a channel?

Can any person channel, what is what is what is what is channeling in the first place?

Everyone does channel from time to time when you're doing something you love do, when you're in the zone, so to speak,

things are flowing, you're not really feeling or paying attention to the passage of time. You're

in a channeling state. The channeling state is in the brain called gamma, which is between 40 and 100

cycles per second of brainwave activity or higher.

And so when people are really focused on something that they're so absorbed by, that

they don't even pay attention to what's going on around them, that's a channeling state.

So everyone not only has the ability, everyone does experience the channeling state many times

in their lives.

Then it just depends on how you can sustain it, what you can do with it, what you choose

to do with it, how you choose to express being in that state.

So it's a very natural altered state of the brain. And you channel a, would you refer to as an entity?

Who is Bashar?

Yeah, Bashar presents himself as an extraterrestrial being.

And that what's happening is a telepathic connection that allows me to act as a translation device for his thoughts.

So the idea behind it is that my brain waves alter in a certain way to become closer to matching his frequency.

He does the same thing from his side and somewhere in the middle our brainwave frequencies kind of lock and harmonize and when they synchronize that way, then I can in a sense become a model of his thoughts and it automatically gets translated through my brain into the language that I understand,

which is English. So, now no one has to believe that Bashar is real or that, you know,
